We open the wall, find the source, cut out everything that's compromised, and rebuild it so the water has nowhere to go. Then we show you photos of every bit of it. How We Do It
Our professional process

Moisture mapping
Before we quote, we take moisture-meter readings around suspect areas — windows, trim, deck ledgers, and wall intersections — to find how far the damage actually reaches.

Open it up & document
We remove siding and trim to expose the damage and photograph everything. You see exactly what we see before any repair decisions are made.

Cut out & rebuild
Rotted sheathing and framing are cut out and replaced with new, properly treated material — not sistered over or hidden behind new siding.

Re-flash the source
We fix the reason water got in: new flashing, corrected slope, proper backer rod and sealant joints. The repair only lasts if the source is solved.

Close up & match
New siding and trim installed and finished to match the existing home, with a written record of everything we found and fixed.
