We pan-flash every opening, foam-seal the perimeter, and return the trim properly so your new windows perform exactly the way the energy rating promises. How We Do It
Our professional process
- 1
Measure & glass package
We measure each opening and walk you through frame materials and Low-E glass packages — balancing comfort, noise reduction, and budget for your specific exposure.

Careful removal
We remove old units cleanly and inspect the rough opening for rot or prior water damage. Anything we find gets documented before we proceed.
- 3
Pan-flash & set
Every opening gets a sloped sill pan and proper flashing so any water that gets behind the trim drains out, not into your wall. The window is set level, plumb, and shimmed correctly.

Seal & insulate
We low-expansion foam-seal the perimeter for an airtight, draft-free fit — no fiberglass stuffed in the gap and called done.
- 5
Trim & finish
Exterior trim returns and interior casing are installed and caulked to match your home, then we clean up every scrap of old glass and frame.
